During our 4-night stay, we were primarily in Osaka for day trips, with easy access to other cities. The room we had was spacious and clean, and it offered a nice view overlooking the city. The breakfast was a standout, with a variety of delicious options that really hit the spot before a day of exploring. Plus, being right above the Shin-Osaka station made our travels super convenient.

10/10
Ope, gotta tell ya about this place! The breakfast had all sorts of goodies like omelets and fresh fruit, and the staff, especially Tomoki, were just the friendliest folks! You could tell they really cared about makin' your stay special. Plus, super close to the train station made day trips a breeze. Love that!

Conveniently located above the JR Shin-Osaka station.
Finding the entrance was quite a challenge. it wasn't well-marked. Once inside, the noise from the railways was incessant, making it hard to relax. The surrounding neighborhood felt very dull and lacked interesting attractions within walking distance, which was a letdown during my stay.

Can just recommend for a brief weekend stay
Spacious room, convenient location, the bathroom was well-equipped with lovely toiletries, and the air conditioning kept us comfortable during our stay, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions via the limited express train that connects us to the airport.
Completely flawless.

The location is prime, literally right next to Shin-Osaka Station. Travelling anywhere was a breeze, especially for day trips. The room size exceeded my expectations for a hotel in Japan, spacious with great amenities like a flat-screen TV and comfortable bedding. Staff members were courteous and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options, which was a great way to start the day. However, I had some noise concerns due to the nearby train tracks, even on the 15th floor. I felt the vibrations occasionally, though they didn't disrupt my sleep entirely. Finding the entrance to the hotel was a bit tricky. the signage could be better. Also, the on-site dining options are somewhat pricey compared to local restaurants. Worth a stay for ease of access and comfort, but be aware of the train noise.

Location is simply unbeatable, being just a minute's walk from Shin-Osaka Station—perfect for hopping on the Shinkansen for day trips! The room was surprisingly spacious with a king size bed, and the amenities included a flat-screen TV and super comfortable bedding. Not to mention the delightful breakfast buffet that offered a mix of Japanese and Western dishes. Plus, the staff went above and beyond with their service, like when Katsumata San helped with local tips and recommendations.
Occasional train noise.

Had a great time with friends! The location is super convenient—right by the station for quick trips to Nara and Kyoto. Rooms were spacious, and everything was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful. Don't miss nearby restaurants if you want affordable breakfast options! Overall, an enjoyable stay!
Unfortunately, the breakfast was underwhelming for the price. Limited variety made it not worth paying for.

Couple perfectly placed
I really enjoyed the breakfast , with so many options like egg benedict and fresh juices that made starting the day so much better. Plus, Katsumata San at the front desk was just amazing , always going out of his way to make sure we had a good stay.
It wasn’t exactly cheap , but given the location and service, I think it was alright.

The hotel is extremely well located, just a 5-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station, making transportation seamless. The comfortable room sizes are larger than typical for Japan, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. A notable feature is the cleanliness of the hotel and the modern finishes in the guest rooms. Additional services such as a mobile phone provided in the room enhanced my stay as well.
The check-in process was slightly disappointing due to an unfriendly staff member.
